Letter: Tshibaka’s true nature

I see signs reading  “Kelly for Senate,” with no last name. I believe it is Tshibaka, and maybe she doesn’t want to be recognized for her issues over getting a resident fishing license in 2019 after only being here for eight months or so. She was attending the Ted Stevens Kenai River Classic to rub elbows with politicians and national policymakers.

Before coming back to Alaska in 2019, she grew up here, then she spent 15 years as an attorney working for government, mostly in Washington, D.C. Almost seems like they have been grooming her to run for U.S. Senate. She had not voted in Alaska elections before returning in 2019, nor had she run for any other elected office where we could see her true nature.

Why would we want to elect someone possibly bringing Lower 48 values to Alaska and who has only been here three of the past 18 years? I did notice Lisa Murkowski has also left her last name off some of her signs also, but I think we all know who she is.
