Letter: Sullivan’s vote

Sen. Dan Sullivan claims to be a big supporter of veterans, and many military members and veterans vote for him religiously. So how did he demonstrate his support for veterans? He voted against the bill that would have provided support to those who are exposed to toxic burn pits. This was a strategic vote of retribution mandated by the vindictive Mitch McConnell because he/they can’t stand to see the Democrats win, even if it means the American people and veterans lose needed support. Sen. Sullivan is not interested in what you need, he is a pawn of Mitch McConnell and is only interested in seeing the Democrats fail. Vote him out. He does not represent our interests or our needs.
