Alaska Gov. Walker, state senator agree to speed up lawsuit over PFD

Alaska Gov. Bill Walker and the state senator suing over Walker's veto of half of residents' Permanent Fund dividends have asked that the case be speeded up.

Walker and Anchorage Democratic Sen. Bill Wielechowski said Monday that they're asking for expedited review in Anchorage Superior Court, where the case is before Judge William Morse.

The two sides are asking that Morse issue a decision by Dec. 2, Wielechowski said in a Facebook post.
