Why are you running for office?

Although I am running, and seeking to win, it is not because I want to be a governor. Rather it is because no one else is willing to address the state's finances and put then back into their proper order. It is imperative that this be done, and I am willing to do the job that no one else will do.

The biggest problem facing the state of Alaska is ___________.

Is that most unrestricted revenue historically destined for the general fund over a period of 33 years has been diverted into off budget cash pools that accumulate and hold such revenues in the form "off budget assets". As these incomes are no longer going into the general fund, a needless budget gap has resulted.

Describe ways your administration would try to grow and diversify Alaska's economy.

The people of Alaska are perfectly capable of growing and diversifying our economy, when not obstructed by gov't. Government is the great crippler that breaks your legs, then comes along with a crutch, & says, "see, you couldn't make it without us." We need to get gov't out of the way, by repealing excessive taxes, eliminating excessive licensing fees, along with the a draconian restrictions that accompany the licensing process, and the stifling red tape that discourages entrepreneurism.

How would you create a sustainable state operating budget that doesn't borrow annually from the state's savings to meet shortfalls? Be specific.

1. Protecting the PFD using it's historic calculation, along with back-pay to the AK People of all PFD monies taken.

2. Monies historically destined for The General Fund (budget) that have been diverted into Off-Budget cash pools are to be redirected back into The GF to become available again to pay the day to day operating expenses of The State.

3. A forensic audit of all Off-Budget Trust & Agency Funds, along with a list of every stock, bond, & other investments that each Off-Budget Entity owns.

4. All year end Off-Budget Surplus Balances are listed as "Assets." This is wrong. Re-Categorize those profits as what they really are; "Excess Revenue."

5. Change the law, so no acc. can convert yearly profits into Off-Budget "Assets" ever again.

6. No new taxes, & a layer by layer repeal of existing taxes as the Off-Budget Assets & Incomes are Recovered & Redirected back to The GF

7. After State's needs are met; a distribution of excess profits to the People of AK, in addition to the PFD.

What new forms of revenue do you support to balance the state operating budget?

No new forms of revenue need when incomes historically destined for the General Fund(aka "the budget") that have been diverted into off budget cash pools are redirected back into the General Fund.

What cuts to state spending and services would you support to balance the state operating budget? Be specific.

No cuts needed when incomes historically destined for the General Fund(aka "the budget") that have been diverted into off budget cash pools are redirected back into the General Fund.

What is your vision for the Permanent Fund and the dividend program?

To be restored to it's historic calculation, along with back-pay to the Alaskan People of all PFD monies taken from them.

What specifically would your administration do to reduce high rates of sexual assault and domestic violence in Alaska?

Education (how to leave safely), economic freedom, and self defense empowerment are key. The only 3 things I can see the governors role in are, allowing the economic environment to improve, ending the drug war, and not allowing the confiscation of a potential victims firearms because a perp called in a "concern." predators prefer disarmed prey. And of course rapists love Sarah Brady.

How would your administration address high rates of property crime in Alaska, especially in urban areas?

The only 3 things I can see the governors role in are, allowing the economic environment to improve, ending the drug war, and an infringed right of self defense. and stop raising our young people to be dependent on Big-Pharma's drugs that are pushed in the public school system. It is no wonder we have a drug crisis, along with the property crime that manifest along with it.

How would your administration address the opioid crisis?

1. Stop the big pharma drugging of or children that is pushed in the school system.

2.End the drug war that results from #1 and is fueled by huge profit margins that lead to gangs, organized crime, and violence.

3. Access to free-market alternative rehabilitation options in state.

What are your suggestions to increase performance of Alaska public schools? If your ideas involve additional spending, where would the money come from?

See answer to following question

Would you support a constitutional amendment that would allow public funds to be spent on private or religious K-12 education? If such an amendment were to pass, would you then support vouchers or some similar grant of state funds to parents that they could spend on private or religious education for their children?

'Free education for all children in public schools." This is the 1st sentence of the 10th plank of the Communist manifesto. So yes as a first step toward moving education from the confines of the failing public system to the private sector. We had people launching moon missions that started school in a one room schoolhouse. And with the advent of the internet, community schooling, home schooling, & remote area schooling is more doable and cost effective than ever.

What should Alaska be doing to prepare for the impacts of climate change?

Each and every area has it's own climate related challenges. Each area must be assessed separately and dealt with accordingly for maximum benefit.

State your position on abortion. When should it be allowed, and when should government pay for it? Do you anticipate supporting any legislation, policies or budget proposals that would change the status quo in Alaska?

No right thinking person likes abortion. however it is not something that can be legislated. also, no one should  be forced to be a party to an abortion they don't believe in by the use of government funds that have been extracted from them by force, directly or indirectly, whether known or not.

What other important issue would you like to discuss here?

Many media venues advertise selected candidates while excluding others under guise of "news". When all are featured with equal time & coverage, it is a news story. If less than all the candidates are repeated shown to the public as the choices, it become an unreported  non-monetary contribution to certain favored candidates, & misleads the public to believe that they are the only choices available. I have a grievance in the making against the DOA because they are the ultimate authority & complicit in misleading the public, & skewing elections; and it will be filed soon with APOC.
