Watch live: Alaska U.S. Senate candidates in fisheries-focused debate

Alaska Republican U.S. Sen. Dan Sullivan and challenger Al Gross, a Democratic-nominated independent, will engage in their first of three debates Saturday afternoon.

The Saturday debate will start at 5 p.m. and center around fisheries. It is hosted by the Kodiak Chamber of Commerce, ComFish Alaska and Kodiak’s KMXT public radio.

Unlike in past years, the debate will take place over Zoom. The debate will be livestreamed at the websites for ComFish and the Kodiak Chamber, as well as their Facebook pages and YouTube channel. It will also be broadcast throughout the state on public radio.
