Two people died, 16 were injured and dozens were displaced in a fast-spreading fire early Wednesday at a Spenard apartment complex. Witnesses saw people jumping from third-floor windows of the Royal Suite Lodge and Apartments, near Spenard Road and Minnesota Drive, and heard screaming.
