Hundreds of Catholic faithful gathered in neighborhoods across Anchorage on Good Friday to pray the Stations of the Cross as they walked to Town Square Park for a short service. A group from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson made their way from Government Hill, across the C Street bridge, stopping along the way to pray the first 11 of 14 stations.

The groups then met at Town Square Park, where Archbishop Paul Etienne prayed the final three stations, and the groups joined in song and prayer.
