THE ALASKA CLUB - SUMMER FUN CAMP

Location: The Alaska Club South and East, Anchorage; Eagle River; and Fairbanks

Grades/Age: Ages 5-12 | Cost: Single Day: $50 members/$60 non-members; Full Week: $184 members/$204 non-members

Description: The Alaska Club offers year-round camps. Whether it’s Summer Fun Camp or In-Service Camps, your little ones will explore, play and grow. The Alaska Club Camps aim to keep campers active and having fun! Every day features a variety of hands-on, age-appropriate activities where everyone has the opportunity to experience sports, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and daily swimming. CAMP IRON SIGHTS

Location: Rainy Pass Lodge

Grades/Age: Boys ages 15-19 | Cost: $6,000; Scholarships available through www.guidinginfluence.org

FULL SCHOLARSHIP EXPEDITIONS FOR ALASKA TEENS

Location: Trips start and end in downtown Anchorage

Grades/Age: Ages 13-18 | Cost: Full-tuition scholarships are awarded to all accepted participants

Description: Multi-day wilderness experiences on Alaska’s public lands. Experience the Chugach National Forest, Denali National Park and Kenai Fjords National Park while learning sea kayaking, backpacking and trail building, and while connecting with other teens from around Alaska. No experience in the outdoors is needed to participate. We provide all gear and clothing necessary to be safe and comfortable. This opportunity is for any Alaska teen, but priority is given to those who would otherwise not have the opportunity to participate in an expedition. We also have paid Student Leader and Documentarian roles for high school and college students ages 17+ with previous leadership experience.
