The Archangels took a 1-0 halftime lead thanks to Jarrett Fortune's goal on a pass from Riley Jones.
CIA scored quickly in the second half when Conner Leaf broke down the middle and buried a shot into the back of the net.
In the 87th minute, Lumen Christi's Chiebuka Lebechi scored the game-winner after colliding with a CIA defender at the ball, beating the CIA goalie to the loose ball and scoring into the empty net.
With the win, the Archangels improved to 5-1-1.
