Four swimmers from South and two from Chugiak were double-winners Friday in a Cook Inlet Conference swim meet at Chugiak High.
Megan McLaughlin, Aubrey Cheng and Summer Cheng each won two individual races for the South girls, who took home team honors in a three-team meet that also included Bartlett. On the boys side, David Bascom claimed two victories for the Wolverines.
Reuben Dobson and Jimmy Blackstone had two individual wins apiece to lead Chugiak to the boy victory.

A sweep for Service
The Service Cougars’ 400-yard freestyle relay team won the final event Friday to cement a four-point victory over West in a Cook Inlet Conference swim meet at the Bartlett High pool.
The Service tam of Hannah Katchen, Josie Chistensen, Aviana Sorich and Boo Rogers beat West’s top relay team by more than three seconds.
Katchen won two individual events for Service, and Nicole Coulter took home two wins for West.
In boys action, the Cougars got two wins apiece from Nicholas Price, Tavner Wisdom and Conrad Fawcett on their way to a sweep of the team titles.
