The window for nominations for the Class of 2017 in UAA athletics' Seawolf Hall of Fame is open through May 15.
Eligible for nomination are former UAA athletes, staff members, athletic teams and others such as boosters. Athletes and teams are eligible beginning 10 years after their last UAA competition. The window for others opens five years after their last service for UAA.
Athletes qualify if they earned at least two varsity letters, delivered outstanding achievement and contributed community service. Coaches, staff and faculty nominated must have generated a serious impact on UAA athletics. Former teams nominated should have brought UAA significant national recognition.
Since the Hall of Fame debuted in 2001, 45 people have been inducted.
