Charley Field captured the women's giant slalom victory Saturday at an NCAA qualifying ski race at Big Sky, Montana.

Field didn't win either run but her total time put her .01 of a second ahead of Utah's Ann-Kathrin Breuning.

Field, a senior from Pemberton, British Columbia, finished third in the first run and fourth in the second run and finished with a total time of 2 minutes, 15.11 seconds.

In the men's race, Anthony Naciuk and Dominic Unterberger finished 14th and 15th, respectively, to lead UAA.
