Members of several University of Alaska Anchorage clubs met at the Seawolf Sports Complex pool to compete in Canoe Battleship on Tuesday. During the game, two- and three-person teams tried to fill one another’s canoes with enough water to sink the others. Participants are not allowed to remove water from their own canoes. Students competed for a small cash prize, a pizza gift certificate and a handmade oar. It was one of several homecoming-themed activities happening at UAA this week.
