The motorcycle struck a Chevrolet hatchback that was turning onto Lake Otis Parkway on Friday night, according to police.
Police said an initial investigation found that a Chevy Spark was turning north onto Lake Otis Parkway from East 56th Avenue when it collided with a motorcycle heading south.
The woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, police said, and inbound traffic was limited to a single lane for several hours.
