Palin blasts Dick Cheney for calling 2008 VP pick 'a mistake'

According to CNN, Sarah Palin is pretty upset with Dick Cheney.

The former Alaska governor took offence to Cheney calling her selection as the 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate a "mistake." In a Sunday interview with ABC News, Cheney reflected that Palin would not have been prepared to step up as the next vice president of the United States in the event of John McCain's victory over Barack Obama.

Following Cheney's remark, Palin noted that the former vice president's totally unfounded opinion of her GOP nomination must have been a symptomatic of the "lamestream media's" influence. In a Fox News appearance on Tuesday, Palin made fun of Cheney, who once accidentally shot a hunting companion, by starting off with a small jibe at his ability to handle a firearm:
