Dimond 19, East 0 in flag football

Dimond's Kalie Suellentrop caught two touchdown passes Saturday, and the Lynx shut out East 19-0 in a Cook Inlet Conference flag football game at Anchorage Football Stadium.

Suellentrop finished with four catches for 39 yards, scoring on plays of 26 and 3 yards. Tara Thompson threw both touchdown passes and completed 9 of 11 passes for 124 yards. Amanda Amodemo scored Dimond's third touchdown on a 5-yard run.

Vanessa Tufaga led Dimond's defense with five pulls, and Rachel Brady made three pulls and one interception.

E. River 39, Service 0 Eagle River's Lauren Frost did damage through the air and on the ground Saturday, throwing two touchdown passes and running for another in the Wolves' 39-0 CIC flag football win over Service at Tom Huffer Sr. Stadium.

Frost finished with 145 passing yards and Skylar Metzel provided the game's defensive highlight on a 35-yard interception return for a touchdown.
