Bob Bell's million-dollar contract with BP is giving me flashbacks. The conflict of interest of this Senate candidate is bad enough, but what really reminded me of the bad old days of FBI corruption probes was Bell's quote about attempted bribery by the private prison people.
Bell should have reported this illegal activity immediately to the authorities. Instead, he did nothing and Alaskans paid the price of festering political corruption in our state.
