Amber Frizzell has joined Alaska Permanent Capital Management (APCM) as Client Relations Manager. Frizzell holds Bachelors of Business Management and International Business from Whitworth University. She brings 8 years of community and customer relationship building experience from her work with non-profits and Tribal governments. APCM is a locally-owned and operated investment manager in Alaska, with nearly $3 billion in assets under management and advisement.
