Lottie Michael, Senior Vice President and Associate Broker of Commercial Real Estate Alaska, LLC, has been recognized and honored by the National Association of Realtors with REALTOR® Emeritus status at the 2013 Midyear Legislative Meetings and Trade Expo. Ms. Michael has maintained her membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR) for over 40 years. She holds the NAR designation of Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and is current President of the Alaska CCIM Chapter.
Ms. Michael joined Commercial Real Estate Alaska, LLC in December, 2012 after many years with Bond, Stephens & Johnson. She has earned a reputation among both clients and peers for focusing on the motivational aspects of transactions to achieve equitable solutions for all parties. She takes great pride in her work and her ability to guide property owners and tenants through the real estate process. Lottie has a thorough understanding of the Alaska commercial real estate market, with more than 40 years of experience. Her expertise covers all aspects of commercial real estate from ownership and management to sales and leasing.
In addition to NAR and CCIM, she is an active member in several real estate organizations; former President of the Anchorage Board of Realtors; former President of the Alaska Multiple Listing Service; and previous Chairman of the State of Alaska Real Estate Commission. She is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
In 2012 Lottie was honored in receiving the YWCA Women of Achievement Award. This award recognizes and honors women who have demonstrated qualities of leadership and excellence in their professional and personal endeavors as well as their contributions to the larger community.
