Sean Rash, the reigning bowler of the year in the Professional Bowlers Association, will host his annual youth bowling tournament Friday at Jewel Lake Bowl.
Registration for the Sean Rash Stars of the Future tournament is at 9 a.m., with competition beginning at 10 a.m.
Rash, who is in the running to repeat as the PBA's top bowler, will also appear at an Alaska Youth Scholarship bowling tournament Sunday in Wasilla for a question-and-answer session at 9 a.m.
On the same day, Rash will appear on ESPN in the tape-delayed finals of the World Bowling Tour. Rash is the tournament's top qualifier.
