A man with medical issues gave his care provider the slip at a fast food joint and is now missing, police said Friday night.

Waska Berry, 41, was last seen around 3:30 p.m. at the McDonald's restaurant at 800 W. Northern Lights Blvd., police said.

The nature of Berry's medical issues were not disclosed, but he is considered "a vulnerable adult and we are concerned for his well-being," said Anchorage police spokeswoman Dani Myren.

Berry is a 5-feet, 4-inches tall Alaska Native, around 130 pounds with black hair, brown eyes and a goatee. Berry was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with a Marine Corps logo and a black Los Angeles Lakers winter jacket.

Police are asking anyone with information about Berry or his whereabouts to call 786-8900.
