Sen. Mark Begich's staff has been a great help to me in getting my application for health insurance at HealthCare.gov pushed through. They've worked tirelessly to get me connected with people at CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) to resolve the glitches that have slowed down enrollment for people like me.
It's so great to have a U.S. senator (and his staff) who is committed to the success of the Affordable Care Act. I'm a working person who has not had health insurance since 2010, and I really appreciate being able to get a new health insurance plan.
We need more people like this representing Alaskans at the state and national level.
