Dimond 5, South 4
The Dimond Lynx eked out a 5-4 win over South in the closest tennis match of the Cook Inlet Conference season.
Four of the nine matches went to tiebreakers, including the boys doubles match between South's Thomas Hanks and Alex Wong and Dimond's Noah Alexander and Kyle Fox. Hanks-Wong rallied from a first-set loss to pull out a 2-6, 6-3, 17-15 victory.
South won three of the four matches requiring tiebreakers, but it wasn't enough to down the Lynx, whose victories included straight-set singles victories from Jaden Hodgson, Cole Fox and Saki Kobayashi.

West won all of the doubles matches Saturday in an 8-1 CIC tennis win over East.
The doubles teams of Chas Anderson-Seneca Scott and Katie Brown-Alli Haynes both blanked their opponents, 6-0, 6-0.
