Anchorage's Jordan Smelker is headed to training camp with the U.S. Women's National Team in Denver.
The Americans will hold camp Oct. 28-31 in preparation for the Four Nations Cup in Kamloops, British Columbia, on Nov. 4-8.
Smelker, 22, a forward, last spring finished her four-season career at Rensselaer, earning 34-52--86 totals in 136 career games. She currently plays for the Boston Blades in the Canadian Women's Hockey League.
