Troopers: Soldotna woman arrested for driving drunk with kids in minivan

A Soldotna woman was arrested Saturday for allegedly driving drunk with three children in a minivan, Alaska State Troopers reported.

At approximately 9 p.m. on Saturday, officers with the Alaska Bureau of Highway Patrol received a report of an "intoxicated motorist with children in the car," troopers said in an online news release Sunday.

Troopers caught up with the 1994 Mercury van near Mile 8 of the Kenai Spur Road, the dispatch said.

Tammy Lynn Brantley, 30, was arrested on charges of DUI, driving while license revoked, endangering the welfare of a child and violating conditions of release, troopers said.
