South used strong pitching Monday night to forge two Cook Inlet Conference softball victories.
Rachel White struck out seven in five innings in the Wolverines' 12-1 win over Dimond, which was sparked by a 10-run fifth inning. Taylor Lawson drove in three runs and Leilani Blair scored three, and White contributed two hits and two runs.
Danni DesJarlais earned the win in South's 4-0 victory over Service. Tristan Tolan drove in three runs.
