Alaska State Troopers said Sunday that a Soldotna man has been charged with indecent exposure after he exposed himself to traffic along the Sterling Highway in July.
Thomas Alley, 31, was contacted by troopers July 17 at 2:48 p.m. after "he was reported to have exposed himself to highway traffic," troopers said Sunday in an online dispatch.
They said they arrested Alley after an investigation. He was taken to Wildwood Correctional Center, where court records show he was arraigned Sunday on a single count of exposure in the second degree, a misdemeanor.
