Alleged Leisnoi logging kickback tape on YouTube

According to the Kodiak Daily Mirror, A-1 Timber Consultants sued the Kodiak Island village corporation Leisnoi last week for breach of contract, putting a logging operation on hold indefinitely. Leisnoi CEO Carole Pagano and her husband Leonard Zaiser are named with the corporation as defendants. The suit in large part rests upon allegations of corruption contained in a YouTube video, which features excerpts of an alleged audio recording of a phone call between Pagano and Zaiser and the owner of another logging company.
