No bail for 4 Fairbanks militia members, 6th charged

According to the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner, a federal judge has ordered all five members of the Fairbanks-area Alaska Peacemakers Militia charged with an alleged plot to murder a federal judge and two others be held without bail. Additional charges were brought by a state indictment released Monday, which stems from a separate alleged plot to kill state officials.
