You too can become a Mt. Redoubt scholar

With all the recent coverage of the Mt. Redoubt Volcano in Alaska, I thought it would be fun to list some reports and dissertations that have been produced about Mt. Redoubt over the years. Some of these publications can be read online and all of them should be available to your through Interlibrary Loan at your local library if you they are not on your shelves.

If you're looking for more, visit your local library. They'll likely have access to thousands of journals and resources to give you a good picture of this or almost any other volcano.

Finally, if you want to see some older volcano photos, visit the USGS photo library at http://libraryphoto.cr.usgs.gov/ and type in Redoubt Volcano.

Here's hoping the mountain goes back to sleep!
