Wine exploration is something I get to do every day, and sharing my discoveries with you is pretty cool. My latest is the Nugan "Vision" Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 -- yep, more Australian juice. This stuff is packed, fat and oak-y. The nose gives you initial cabernet leaf and then the rich black fruit and wood take over. In the mouth, more of that ripe black fruit and wood lie up against a firm backdrop of tannins. The quality-price ratio is huge here! This one's definitely for grilling. Costs about $12.
