HooDoo Brewery owner Bobby Wilken says the response to his craft beer business in Fairbanks has been great since he opened in October 2012. His company of four fulltime (and one part-time) employees brews four to eight different styles at a time at their location in an industrial area on Alaska Railroad land near the center of town. The business sells most of its beer on site, he says, in kegs, growlers and by the glass in their taproom.
