On April 28, at approximately 6:42 p.m., Alaska State Troopers received a report of disturbance that occurred between neighbors on N. Kobuk Street in Soldotna.
Investigation revealed that Heidi Haberman, age 56, of Soldotna, had exposed her buttock to her neighbors during a civil dispute over property lines.
Charges against Hagerman for three counts of Disorderly Conduct were forwarded to the Kenai court.
