‘Teaming With Microbes’ podcast: Is plastic-free gardening achievable?

This week, Jeff and Jonathan continue their discussion about the flood of false information and clickbait related to gardening and plant care.

Welcome to our weekly podcast with longtime Anchorage Daily News garden writer and author Jeff Lowenfels and co-host Jonathan White. Think of it as a companion to Jeff’s weekly ADN gardening columns and his popular series of books.

This week, Jeff and Jonathan continue their discussion about the flood of false information and clickbait related to gardening and plant care. In contrast, they also explore some home remedies that can enhance your plants’ health.

After the break, they dig into a listener’s question that combines their knowledge of coffee and the soil food web!

To conclude, they have a conversation about methods to reduce plastic use in gardening and in everyday life.
