Letter: Another Dunleavy mistake

So Gov. Dunleavy claims Democrats have been working on President Donald Trump’s impeachment since 2017. Wrongo; the governor hasn’t been paying attention.

Donald Trump didn’t commit the crimes he’s been impeached for until this spring and summer, when the conspiracy to extort the Ukrainian government for an announcement of a fake investigation into Burisma and the Bidens went into full swing. The phone conversation that made impeachment unavoidable happened this July.

Trump can still be impeached again for those six counts of obstruction detailed in the Mueller report, but it looks like the Democrats are just going to wait until the next administration replaces Trump toady Attorney General William Barr so ex-President Trump can be indicted, arrested, tried and jailed for a short selection of his many other “high crimes and misdemeanors,” massive human rights violations, treasonous ongoing collusion with Russia and so forth.

Get out the vote, people! 2020 is no time to take any pride in failure to participate in the only input we all really have in this, and Senate Republicans have vowed to “exonerate” Trump no matter what he’s done or what the evidence shows. Four more years of Trump is unthinkable.
