Regarding Donald J. Trump’s impeachment, I knew Sen. Dan Sullivan would dishonor Alaska. I didn’t expect Sen. Lisa Murkowski to dishonor us in an even more disgraceful and outlandish manner than he would.
As mind-bending as Sen. Lamar Alexander from Tennessee’s explanation was for voting no on witnesses, at least he told the truth. Murkowski’s bizarre explanation, in one word, is poppycock, and I did not expect that from her; she must hate us.
If Trump isn’t removed on Nov. 3 or the Democrats don’t take control of both the House and Senate, then former President Barack Obama should start preparing to run against Trump in 2024.
