Letters to the Editor

Letter: Unsung heroes

It seems important to bring attention to the employees at your local grocery stores. They are facing the entire public for hours per day with no protection. From my observation and from conversations with the store workers, there is little or no protective gear provided for many of them. They too need consideration and supplies/support. It seems to be a frightening and helpless situation to be required to work in such a dangerous/exposed environment under the circumstances. Please advocate and respect their situation.
