To all my lefty and righty brothers and sisters, I would like to offer my support for the ADN management to permanently and totally discontinue comments on all of the news stories, but to allow all opinions and letters of opinion to be commented on.
This prevents Russian bots or Republican, Democrat, Trump or Biden bots from attempting to rewrite the news. If readers want to complain or praise about such, then still allow them to write to the opinion page to express their opinions there.
I do hope also, ADN does its best this campaign election season to equitably give all the high-profile candidates equal time and access.
