Lindsey Graham said recently that if Joe Biden is elected, he will change America as we know it. Sen. Graham is right. A Biden administration will change America as we know it (now). Change it back. Back to a country that is not horribly divided. Back to a country where truth matters. Back to a country where the “leaders” have fundamental decency and empathy. Back to a country that values education and academics and doesn’t mock them. Back to a country that values science and doesn’t mock it.
Back to a country where we are working toward clean energy solutions to catch up to the countries that surpassed us years ago because “Trump digs coal." Back to a country that the rest of the world respects and isn’t pitying for the highest COVID death rate in the world, or fearing because of the reckless impulses of the mad dictator. Back to being proud of being from the USA, and not being banned from travel to most countries. Back to a time when Americans could take pride in their president and believe that he/she is actually serious about protecting them and making life better, as opposed to profiting from the office. Back to a time when the president trusted our intelligence community and national security professionals more than his Russian puppet-master Vladimir Putin. So, yes, Sen. Graham, if Biden is elected, he will change America as we have known it for the past four years. Back to the future!
