Letters to the Editor

Letter: Good neighbors abound

I would like to sincerely thank the amazing person at the airport post office who found my credit card and turned it in to staff. I can’t thank you enough, and how lucky I was to find it again.

But more than that, it’s a testament to the goodness of people. Goodness is not about doing elaborate things to gain recognition. Oftentimes, it is the small acts of goodness we do throughout our day that mean the most to those around us.

And a big thank-you to the frequently under-appreciated U.S. Postal Service staff who go above and beyond every day. Those at the airport are the friendliest, kindest, and most competent I have ever had the privilege to meet. Thank you again, and happy holidays to all.
