So long, Sen. Lisa Murkowski. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
Conservative Alaska voters have long known that Murkowski was a RINO, a Republican In Name Only. In fact, it’s pretty widely believed that they only reason she ran as a Republican is that Alaskans don’t typically vote Democrat for federal offices, because Democrats at the federal level have a reputation for being on the wrong side of issues that affect Alaska. I for one, never believed her anyway and voted independent. I will enjoy not voting for her again.
