I am disgusted that a judge is allowing the recall of Felix Rivera to move forward. The recall is based on a frivolous technicality, one which has not even been substantiated. Rivera has demonstrated dignified leadership during extraordinarily difficult times. He is a kind, brave and intelligent man. I am so grateful for his public service.
