Three cheers to the Changs and 601 5th Ave. Inc. for taking on the renovations of the former Key Bank building downtown. Now, as the tax breaks kick in, this could be a good time to ask when they are going to stop holding the 4th Avenue Theatre hostage.
Develop it or donate it, Changs. Watching the old grand dame of downtown slowly weathering to tear-down condition must have Cap Lathrop spinning in his grave.
