Renewing a marijuana handler’s card is a bureaucratic nightmare. Everything one does to get it initially must be repeated for “renewal.” Doing an educational course again, passport-size photo again, appropriate form again, a police report again, $50 application fee again. It is a joke!
Why is the state crippling the industry with such stringent requirements? The state can steal our Permanent Fund dividend easier than it takes to renew a marijuana handler’s card!
