I recently visited Chehalis, Washington. Given all the mean-spirited letters on wearing masks, I found the notice on the door to a farm supply store refreshing: “Read the room: There will be people with masks, there will be people without masks. If you aren’t nice to each other, you will be asked to leave.”
Instead of fighting among ourselves, a little respect would go a long way during these difficult times.
