Our neighborhood is troubled with loud exhaust and tinted window vehicles. Our newspaper carrier wakes us about 3:30 a.m.
Fines for tinted windows and mufflers too loud need to be increased and enforcement enhanced. We need more revenue to run our city, and more gasoline and liquor taxes are not the answer.
