I don’t know what world Les Gara is living in when he claims that the rest of the world is lowering energy costs by moving to renewable energy. That certainly hasn’t happened in California, Great Britain, Germany or the rest of the European Union, where energy costs have done nothing but increase — not to mention the decrease in reliability.
