Letter: Questions on Alaska’s gas

Why is Alaska’s government continuing to study a gas pipeline when it has been said by every party involved that it is not feasible, nor will it ever be?

Is it because it is more profitable for the Dirty Bastards Club to bleed Alaska with studies than to sell our gas?

Why are we not building an LNG plant/port on the North Slope and shipping our LNG directly to Asia and Europe when we know that the Northwest Passage is opening up year-round?

I think these are questions all Alaskans would like to hear the answers to.
