I wholeheartedly agree with Homer Electric’s proposal to increase cooperation/coordination between the five Railbelt electric utilities. It is the first step in my proposal outlined in my interview on HEA’s webcast of HEA Candidates for Board of Directors. This proposal is a long-range effort to develop energy sources such as additional hydro and other cost-effective renewables with the power transmitted for distribution by the five electric utilities. Makes sense.
