Only 25% to 28% of Alaska registered voters are Republican. That leaves 72% to 75% of us who are not Republicans. I will not be wasting my one vote this round on any Republicans. There are quite a few men and women who have served the state of Alaska, some for decades, who are also not members of that party. I am voting for a person who represents me, all Alaskans and America.
Please take the time to watch or listen to the candidate forums. Whenever possible meet with candidates, they are traveling around the state, and ask them the questions that matter to you. Most of all make sure to get your vote sent in before June 11.
